I am back on Island, and currently self isolating. I have begun booking for after November 10th. If you are interested in scheduling a time with me please fill out a contact form. Please be as descriptive as possible when filling out a form.
Once you have a confirmed appointment time, please fill out a waiver before coming in for your appointment.
Please make sure you are able to answer “No” to the following before booking:
Have you been off Island and out of the Northern Health Region within the last two weeks?
Do you have any symptoms of Covid-19?
Have you been in contact with anyone who has symptoms of or has tested Positive for Covid-19 within the last two weeks?
Are you or anyone you are in close contact with considered Immunocompromised?
If you answered “Yes” to any of the above questions, please reconsider booking your appointment for a more appropriate time.
